Are you tired of political talk shows that stoke hatred, fear and division? Do you want to see something new in a political talk show, not just the same old Democrats and Republicans yelling past each other? Unorthodoxing is the podcast where you'll meet people just like you with political views you won't usually find on the nightly news or at your ballot box. Find Unorthodoxing on YouTube, Apple Podcasts and Spotify. To support the show and get exclusive, members-only content, visit Substack and Patreon.

For decades, Illinoisans have been trapped in a exhausting political loop. On one side, we see a supermajority focused on expanding social policies that completely ignore the deeply held moral convictions of millions of families.

On the other side, the opposition often offers an agenda that leaves vulnerable workers, struggling farming communities, and underfunded neighborhoods behind.

Meanwhile, Springfield’s notorious history of insider deal-making and fiscal gridlock carries on, leaving regular citizens to pay the price.

From the neighborhoods of Chicago to the vibrant farming towns downstate, the Illinois Solidarity Party is building a movement focused on local communities, not corporate donors or faraway bureaucracies.

Our vision for the Prairie State focuses on what matters most to everyday Illinoisans:

  • Real Support for Working Families

  • A Consistent Ethic of Life

  • Revitalizing Local Communities

  • Government Integrity and True Stewardship

Illinois doesn't belong to the political machines—it belongs to its people. The old parties have failed us, but by rolling up our sleeves and standing together, we can build a state rooted in life, justice, and true community solidarity.
